These terms apply to lessons and learning packages provided by Sidrah Institute. Specific package details agreed with you form part of these terms and your UK consumer rights are not affected.
Booking and enrolment
A free trial helps us understand the learner’s goals and recommend a suitable programme. A place is confirmed once the agreed package and payment arrangements have been accepted.
Lessons and attendance
Lessons are delivered live online at the agreed time. Learners should join promptly with a suitable device, internet connection and quiet learning environment. A parent or responsible adult should remain appropriately available for younger learners.
Fees and packages
Fees, package length and payment dates will be confirmed before enrolment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before lessons begin. Any advertised starting price is subject to the selected programme, lesson length and package.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if a learner cannot attend. Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and the cancellation arrangements confirmed with your package. Missed lessons or late cancellations may be charged.
Teacher changes and interruptions
We may provide a suitable alternative teacher or rearrange a lesson if a teacher is unavailable. If a lesson cannot proceed because of a technical issue on our side, we will arrange a reasonable replacement.
Conduct and safeguarding
Learners, families and teachers must communicate respectfully. We may pause or end lessons where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or persistently disruptive. Safeguarding concerns will be handled appropriately and may be referred to relevant authorities.
Learning outcomes
We provide structured teaching, guidance and feedback, but progress depends on attendance, practice and individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee a particular result or completion date.
Ending services
Either party may end ongoing lessons in line with the notice arrangements agreed for the package. Any refund or outstanding payment will be considered against lessons already delivered, reserved teaching time and applicable consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version in effect when you book will apply unless a change is required by law or is agreed with you.
